• Proven experience in food & beverage service.
• Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example.
• Willingness to be actively involved in daily operations on the floor.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and hospitality.
• Ability to find creative solutions and give recommendations.
• Personal integrity in a teamwork-driven environment.
• Experience using IT systems on multiple platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English and Danish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the food & beverage department to deliver guest experiences at the highest level.
• Work hands-on on the floor during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead by example, stay visible and engaged with guests and the team.
• Improve guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
• Execute plans to achieve F&B initiatives and hotel targets.
• Manage the F&B team, fostering growth and performance.
• Oversee budget, costs, inventory, and productivity levels.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the hotel.
• Implement service standards and cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.
