Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Copenhagen is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the daily operation of our dining spaces. You will work hands-on on the floor, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding our service standards.

The ideal candidate brings proven F&B leadership, a passion for hospitality, and fluency in Danish and English; you will manage budget, train staff, and drive service excellence in a fast paced environment.

We are currently seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our vibrant team here at Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Copenhagen. You will play a key role in driving the daily operation of our restaurant and bars, combining strong leadership with a hands‑on approach on the floor. You will lead by example, working alongside the team during the service, engaging with guests and ensuring that our high standards are consistently delivered. Key responsibilities:

• Leads and supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
• Takes an active, hands‑on role in the daily operation, working on the floor alongside the team during service and stepping in where needed to ensure a smooth and successful operation.
• Leads by example, remaining visible and engaged during service, interacting with guests and supporting the team in delivering exceptional experiences.
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Delivers on plans and objectives where food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
• Manages the food & beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
• Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, and that productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Delivers effective initiatives that advance service standards, profitability and cost control.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow‑up as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food & beverage service with excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent managerial skills with a strong hands‑on approach and a lead‑by‑example work style.
• Willingness and ability to be actively involved in daily operations and work alongside the team on the floor.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands teamwork, time and energy.
• Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms.
• Fluent in spoken and written Danish as well as English.
