Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager to shape strategic growth and value creation across our global organization. You will connect internal stakeholders with startups, universities, venture funds, and industry partners to accelerate decarbonization and energy efficiency.

You will influence senior leaders, develop strategic initiatives, and manage governance to deliver measurable results while traveling about 20 days per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• At least 7 years of experience developing business cases and driving strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in matrix organizations with a structured problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English; travel ~20 days/year.

Responsibilities

• Translate business ambitions into strategic roadmaps and alignment across the organization.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities with robust business cases.
• Develop executive-level narratives and frameworks for decision-making.
• Lead growth initiatives and partnerships to accelerate innovation and revenue.
• Build relationships with external partners, startups, venture funds, and industry stakeholders.
• Establish governance and measurement to ensure measurable results.
