Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience from a leading strategy consulting firm or similar strategic role in a large international organisation.
• Strong academic degree with an excellent academic track record.
• Proficient in structured problem solving, stakeholder management, storylining, and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with stakeholders from different business areas to solve challenges across the VELUX value chain.
• Structure and solve complex business problems through hypothesis-driven analyses and fact-based recommendations.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making and help leaders translate insights into actions.
• Develop and prepare clear presentations, recommendations, and decision materials for senior leadership audiences.
• Collaborate across functions, business units, and geographies to support strategic initiatives.
• Support development of corporate, business unit, and functional strategies and translate priorities into initiatives.
• Contribute to strengthening strategic capabilities and best practices within Group Strategy & M&A.
