Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager to shape strategic growth and value creation across our global organization. You will connect internal stakeholders with startups, universities, venture funds, and industry partners to accelerate decarbonization and energy efficiency.

You will influence senior leaders, develop strategic initiatives, and manage governance to deliver measurable results while traveling about 20 days per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• At least 7 years of experience developing business cases and driving strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in matrix organizations with a structured problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English; travel ~20 days/year.

At Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will play a key strategic role in shaping how we accelerate growth, innovation, and decarbonization across our global Solutions & Technology organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and serving as a member of the leadership team, you will help turn ambitious ideas into clear strategies that create value for our customers and the climate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate business ambitions into clear strategic roadmaps that enable execution and alignment across the organization.
• Identify, develop and prioritize value creation opportunities, building robust business cases and translating strategic initiatives into measurable business impact.
• Develop compelling executive-level narratives, presentations, and frameworks that support decision-making and strategic direction.
• Lead high-impact growth initiatives and partnerships that accelerate innovation, unlock new revenue opportunities, and create long-term business value.
• Build strong relationships with external partners, startups, venture funds, and industry stakeholders to unlock growth opportunities, accelerate commercialization, and create strategic value.
• Establish governance, performance measures, and follow-up mechanisms that ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable results.

What We're Looking For

• a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or similar education in Business, Economic, Engineering, or similar.
• At least 7 years of experience developing business cases, identifying value creation opportunities, and driving strategic growth initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience working in matrix organizations along with a structured problem-solving mindset with a bias for action, creativity, and independent decision-making.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus as well as willingness to travel approximately 20 days per year.
