Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Global Inventory Manager to own the worldwide inventory strategy, balancing service levels with working capital and driving efficiency across regions and sites. You will develop data-driven reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI, standardize processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives within a fast-growing global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Experience in inventory management within a multinational, multi-site manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a global matrix organization.
Strong analytical and business acumen, including translating complex data into actionable insights using Excel and Power BI.

Responsabilités

Own and drive the global inventory strategy, performance management, and inventory optimization across regions and sites.
Monitor inventory performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions balancing service levels, inventory investment, and cost.
Standardize inventory processes, develop data-driven reporting, and lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen global supply chain performance.
Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to support data-driven decision-making and inventory optimization.
