Job summary

Danfoss Sensing Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Front-End Portfolio Management to shape growth by steering the Front-End Engine and opportunity portfolio. You will translate market insights, customer needs, and strategic priorities into validated investments and drive governance across the organization.

You'll influence senior leaders, collaborate with multiple functions, and lead high-impact initiatives including partnerships and potential M&A assessments to accelerate value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, business development, product management or portfolio management within a technology-driven organization.
• Ability to turn market insights and customer needs into investment priorities and clear recommendations.
• Proven track record of working across functions and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Front-End Engine and portfolio governance processes across the organization.
• Build and prioritize a portfolio of growth opportunities translating needs, trends and priorities into validated investments.
• Lead strategic initiatives including partnerships and M&A-related assessments from exploration to decision.
• Drive portfolio prioritization and resource allocation aligned with priorities and resources.
• Partner with Product Management, Segment Management, Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain and senior leaders to accelerate opportunity development.
