Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions in Denmark is seeking a Technical Product & Portfolio Manager to bridge business strategy and technology, turning opportunities into revenue-generating digital solutions. You will shape and expand the Digital Application Solutions portfolio across data center cooling, digital services, and connected infrastructure.

In a hybrid role, you will collaborate with leaders, R&D and engineers to deliver rapid, measurable outcomes, manage backlogs, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, CS or similar.
• Fluent professional English.
• Experience leading digital solutions from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential business challenges and build business cases.
• Own portfolio roadmaps, backlogs, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Create digital value propositions for new markets from existing products/services.
• Bridge leadership, stakeholders, R&D, domain experts, and engineering teams.
• Drive progress from exploration to implementation with measurable results.
