Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Solution Marketing Manager to bring EC&S platforms to market, shaping value propositions and coordinating global launches. You will work across Product Management, Marketing Communications, and Sales to ensure aligned, impactful market execution.

You will partner with regional teams to translate customer needs into compelling messages and enable the sales force with effective materials, while expanding market presence through industry events and channels.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing or related field, or technical background with marketing experience.
• 5+ years in sales or marketing in electronics, automation, digital solutions, or services.
• Proven ability to translate complex solutions into customer-facing messages.
• Experience developing growth and go-to-market strategies and structured plans.
• Experience in a global matrix organization with stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate compelling value propositions for EC&S platforms.
• Drive global implementation of existing portfolio and new launches with clear objectives and plans.
• Coordinate launch activities across PM, Marketing Communications, Sales and other functions.
• Partner with regional sales and marketing teams to understand market needs.
• Develop sales enablement materials for effective customer engagements.
• Strengthen market visibility via exhibitions, events, and channels.
