Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Global Inventory Manager to own the end-to-end inventory strategy across regions and sites. You will balance service levels, working capital, and cost while leading cross-functional initiatives to drive performance.

You will develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision making and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management within a multinational, multi-site setup.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive improvements.
• Familiarity with S&OP/SIOP planning; IBP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global inventory strategy across regions and sites.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and balance service levels with costs.
• Standardize processes, develop data-driven reporting, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI).
