BORG Automotive Group is seeking a Group Transport Operations Manager to drive group-wide transport planning and execution in Denmark. The role requires coordinating across countries, aligning resources with local managers, and upholding standardized processes in a collaborative, matrix organization.
The successful candidate will manage performance, lead cross-functional teams, and advance transport initiatives while maintaining ownership and acting without direct line management responsibility.
As our new Group Transport Operations Manager, you will join our Group Logistics organization in Denmark in a full-time position, reporting to Group Transport Manager.
You will join a flat and collaborative organization where responsibility, transparency, professional competence, interdependency, and continuous improvement are central to how we work.
This role operates in an international matrix organization and requires strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. You will coordinate transport activities across countries and functions, align resources and priorities with local managers, and ensure that processes and standards are consistently understood and followed. The successful candidate is self-driven, takes ownership, and can create alignment around common goals without having direct managerial responsibility. Experience from a matrix organization is a clear advantage.
If you are motivated by combining hands-on transport operations with group-wide coordination, functional leadership, and continuous process improvement, we would love to hear from you.
