BEUMER Group, Aarhus-based global intralogistics leader, seeks an Operations & Maintenance Sales & Service Manager to drive service contracts and opportunities across 29 Group Companies. Expect travel up to 60 days/year to support operations and development across airports and logistics customers.

Role combines technical expertise, commercial insight, and cross‑site coordination with a focus on maintaining and expanding O&M contracts and delivering best-in-class service worldwide.

Qualifications

Fluent in English—spoken and written.
Excellent MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience with managing and quoting maintenance solutions is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Analysing tender requirements from commercial, operational and organizational perspectives to establish the right O&M service solutions.
Identifying, analysing and mitigating risks of new opportunities and existing contracts.
Close cooperation with project teams, sales teams and all departments within the organization.
Monitoring existing contracts to ensure performance aligns with global O&M processes and company strategy.
Acting as single point of contact for all O&M contracts and Group Companies, promoting know‑how sharing and best practice across O&M sites globally.
Overall planning on the implementation of new service contracts, including resources, time and commercial aspects and coordination with customer and Group Companies.
Custodians of our global O&M processes and tools, continuously reviewing and enforcing them.
Follow-up on the implementation and the continuous optimisation of the service concepts.

As a member of the Operations & Maintenance Partner Programs Centre of Competence, you will become a trusted expert and valued specialist in our global organisation. Expect international travel as required to support business operations, customer projects, and development activities. Depending on business needs, travel may amount to up to 60 days per year, collaborating with colleagues worldwide to develop new business opportunities, support contract extensions, and help local teams deliver best-in-class services to our airport and logistics customers. This position combines technical expertise, commercial insight, and operational support in a dynamic international environment.

Facilitate great global service

At BEUMER Group, we deliver intralogistics solutions such as mission critical baggage handling systems for airports and parcel handling systems for a variety of logistic customers all over the world. We have the leading product on the market, and the office in Aarhus is an international Centre of Competence. From here, you support 29 Beumer Group Companies around the world and help carry the strategic responsibility for our global service contracts.

Support colleagues and customers globally

Working with our colleagues in 29 Group Companies around the world, you will support Operation & Maintenance solutions for their regions by driving quotations and price calculations and defining the right winning strategy. You will also support a pool of over 100 existing O&M contracts worldwide. Although most of your interactions will be internal, at times you will also be working closely with our customers, via online or physical meetings and presentations. The role, however, is quite broad and dynamic, with the main responsibilities listed below:

Close cooperation with project teams, sales teams and all departments within the organization
Monitoring existing contracts so as to verify that they are performing well and adhering to the global O&M processes and company strategy
Acting as single point of contact for all O&M contracts and Group Companies as well as facilitating work in all O&M contracts while promoting know-how sharing and best practice across O&M sites globally
Overall planning on the implementation of new service contracts, including the resources, time and commercial aspects as well as the coordination with the customer and Group Companies
As custodians of our global O&M processes and tools, constantly reviewing and enforcing them
Following up on the implementation and the continuous optimisation of the service concepts

People person with experience managing and quoting maintenance solutions

You need to be able to talk to everyone – from service technicians to CEOs – communicating convincingly and persuasively. With no direct reports, your internal networking is highly important in this role as there is constant interaction with internal departments. At the end of the day, we are looking for your clout, energy and motivation to participate in global teamwork and collaborations. The requirements for the role are:

A commercial background in a relevant technical field or a technical background from a similar industry. Experience with managing and quoting maintenance solutions is a strong advantage but not a must.
A great communicator, fluent in English -spoken and in written-, who can talk and challenge people at all levels of the organisation
Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
