Job summary

Reel, based in Copenhagen, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first contact for potential customers in Europe’s renewable energy market. You’ll identify right contacts, spark interest in our green electricity solutions, and book meetings for the sales team.

Qualifications

• No degree required; training provided from day one.
• Interest in sustainability, climate action, or renewable energy.
• Comfort with outbound calls and first conversations with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Most time spent on outbound calls and researching target companies with a weekly booked meetings target.
• Reach out to new companies mainly by phone, supplemented by email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM data (HubSpot) to ensure a transparent sales pipeline.
• Experiment with outreach tactics and share learnings with the team.
