Reel is seeking a Renewable and Flexible Asset Manager to own performance and revenue oversight of wind, solar and BESS assets. You will bridge Power Solutions, Trading and Electricity Operations, acting as the main contact for asset owners to keep operations smooth.

The role blends finance with technical and customer-facing work, including billing, remote control support, and pre-qualification assistance, ensuring issues are caught early and communications stay clear.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in asset management, finance or a technical customer success role.
• Comfortable with commercial asset management and revenue calculations.
• Experience or familiarity with energy asset data and billing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for asset owners, informing them on asset performance and translating market insights into practical updates.
• Support asset pre-qualification processes with trading and technical teams to keep momentum.
• Produce clear operational reports on asset performance for commercial and financial stakeholders.
• Oversee remote control setups and diagnose issues with technical stakeholders and asset owners.
• Monitor asset systems for availability, act on alarms, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with electricity operations and trading to improve billing, remote control and asset operations.
• Proactively manage revenue calculations and ensure accurate settlements and invoicing.
• Develop and maintain processes for consistent asset management across the portfolio.
• Maintain contract compliance and operational efficiency across agreements.
