Reel is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Copenhagen. You will be the first contact for many companies, identifying the right stakeholders and booking meetings for the sales team. Coaching starts from day one, with a focus on learning and impact.

You’ll engage mostly via outbound calls, research, and multi-channel outreach. No formal sales background is required, but curiosity for technology, sustainability, and business growth helps you thrive.

Qualifications

• No strict degree required; we value attitude and potential.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Interest in sustainability, climate action, or renewables.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and research target companies.
• Reach out to new companies via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Have initial conversations with decision-makers; qualify leads.
• Book follow-up meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM data to keep a transparent pipeline.
• Experiment with outreach tactics to improve conversions.
