Job summary

Reel ApS in Copenhagen is seeking its first Renewable and Flexible Asset Manager to own performance and revenue oversight across wind, solar, and BESS assets. You’ll bridge Power Solutions, Trading and Electricity Operations, and be the main contact for asset owners.

The role blends finance, analytics and a growing technical/customer-facing dimension, including remote control oversight, pre-qualification support, and proactive issue resolution. Fluency in English and Danish is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in asset management, finance or technical customer success
• Comfort with commercial asset management and revenue calculations
• Enjoy helping asset owners and solving issues early
• Experience from energy industry or familiarity with energy asset data
• Strong eye for detail and process, spots discrepancies
• Structured, analytical, able to manage multiple priorities
• Clear English and Danish communication, both written and spoken
• Kind and curious approach to work

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for asset owners, translate market insights into practical updates.
• Support pre-qualification for assets to participate in markets, coordinate with trading and technical teams.
• Generate clear operational reports on asset performance for stakeholders.
• Oversee remote control setups, diagnose issues with technical teams and owners.
• Monitor asset systems for availability, respond to alarms, follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate with electricity operations and trading teams to improve billing and asset operations.
• Manage asset performance deviations, revenue sharing calculations, and invoicing accuracy.
• Build and maintain processes for onboarding and ongoing asset management across the portfolio.
• Maintain contract compliance and drive operational efficiency across agreements.
