Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a mid-senior Solution Marketing Manager for the Climate Solutions segment in Kolding. You will translate complex EC&S offerings into clear market messages, drive global launches, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent market execution.

You will create sales enablement materials, coordinate cross-functional activities, and strengthen the portfolio’s visibility through events and channels, spanning food retail to HVAC controllers and digital services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least five years of sales/marketing experience in electronics, automation, digital solutions, or services.
• Proven ability to translate complex solutions into compelling customer-facing messages.
• Experience developing GTM strategies and measurable action plans.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English and strong cross-cultural communication skills.

Danfoss Climate Solutions - Electronic Controls & Services (EC&S), Solution Marketing is looking for a Solution Marketing Manager.

EC&S is a key Danfoss business unit and a global market leader in smart, end-to-end IoT offerings, including connectivity, electronic controllers, and services that help HVAC and refrigeration customers automate their assets and infrastructure while optimizing energy consumption.

In this role, you will play a key part in bringing our solutions successfully to market, translating their value into compelling customer propositions and coordinating launches across global and regional organizations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and communicate compelling value propositions for EC&S platforms, translating technical capabilities into clear and relevant market-facing messages.
• Drive the global implementation of the existing portfolio as well as new product and solution launches, defining launch objectives, strategies, plans, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate launch activities across Product Management, Marketing Communications, Sales, and other global functions to ensure strong and consistent market execution.
• Partner closely with regional sales directors, marketing teams, and customers to understand market needs and support effective regional deployment.
• Develop and organize sales enablement materials and tools that equip the sales organization for successful customer engagements.
• Strengthen the market visibility of EC&S solutions through industry exhibitions, events, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistent representation of the portfolio.
• The role covers platforms across the Electronic Controllers & Services business, from food retail and commercial refrigeration solutions to HVAC controllers and related digital services.

What We're Looking For

• Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or a technical educational background combined with extensive marketing experience.
• At least five years of relevant sales or marketing experience within electronics, automation, digital solutions, or services, ideally within the Energy, HVAC, or Refrigeration industries.
• Proven experience developing and communicating strong value propositions and translating complex solutions into compelling customer-facing messages.
• Experience developing growth and go-to-market strategies and turning them into structured plans and measurable actions.
• Experience working effectively within a global matrix organization, with strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
• A proactive and self-driven approach, strong communication skills, and fluency in English, combined with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and international teams.
