Danfoss Climate Solutions seeks a Technical Product & Portfolio Manager to join the Digital Application Solutions team. You will translate strategic vision into actionable portfolio initiatives, collaborating with business leaders, R&D, and engineering to unlock new revenue models across Data Center Cooling, Digital Services, and Connected Infrastructure Solutions.

You will drive customer-centric innovation, shape portfolio priorities, and deliver measurable business impact from exploration

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, CS or similar.
• Fluent professional English required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive business-led opportunities and revenue models.
• Own and refine the digital portfolio, roadmaps and backlogs.
• Create new digital value propositions from existing products and services.
• Bridge leadership, stakeholders, R&D and engineering to align goals.
• Drive progress from exploration to implementation with measurable impact.
