Job summary

Fuller Technologies Denmark A/S seeks a Head of Sales for Pyro & Grinding to lead global sales activities and drive profitable growth across markets. You will oversee a high-performing team, shape sales strategy with Product Line Management and Engineering, and manage complex opportunities up to USD 20 million while building strong executive relationships.

The role reports to the Head of Global Sales and Product Line Management P&G and can be based out of Allentown, Copenhagen, or Chennai,

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
• 10+ years commercial experience in the cement industry.
• Proven success leading sales teams and securing high-value engineered equipment or system sales.
• Track record of selling complex, multi-component solutions up to 20M USD.
• Familiarity with export financing structures, ECAs, international contracting, and equipment warranty frameworks.
• Strong understanding of pyro-processing and/or grinding technologies highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Global Sales Leadership: lead, develop, and coach the global product and solutions sales team to achieve targets and close deals with discipline and transparency.
• Strategic Customer Engagement: maintain executive relationships with major cement producers and expand into adjacent markets.
• Complex Solution Sales & Deal Structuring: lead high-value project deals (typically 5–20M USD) including pricing, tender prep, and contracts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align customer needs with product strategy across functions and regions.
• Team & Organizational Scope: lead and develop senior sales staff and regional specialists.
