Job summary

Fuller Technologies Denmark A/S is seeking a Head of Proposals to lead the global proposal function for Pyro& Grinding. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, from qualification to handover, partnering with Sales, Engineering, Finance and Legal to optimize revenue and risk.

You will drive continuous improvement across regions, develop teams, and ensure high-quality, competitive proposals for complex equipment and integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (Engineering preferred).
• 10+ years of proposals, bid management, sales, or related operations experience.
• Experience developing and managing complex proposals for engineered equipment or integrated solutions.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams through proposal development.
• Strong understanding of proposal development, cost estimation, pricing, and contractual risk.
• Experience with international contracting and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global proposal function with consistent processes, standards and best practices.
• Manage proposal pipeline, resources, and bid/no-bid decisions across regions.
• Lead development of complex proposals for engineered equipment, systems and solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for technical, commercial, financial and contractual input.
• Establish schedules, milestones, submission requirements, and handover to execution.
• Ensure proposals define solution scope, pricing, terms and value proposition.
• Review proposals for accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with requirements.
• Support Sales during clarifications, negotiations and revisions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and Legal to identify and manage risks.
• Support pricing strategy, costs, margins, contingencies and payment terms.
• Ensure international contracting considerations and export frameworks are addressed.
• Hand over commitments and exclusions to project execution effectively.
• Develop and maintain proposal tools, content libraries and governance.
• Monitor win rates and cycle times to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop the proposal team through training and collaboration.
