Job summary

Fuller Technologies seeks an experienced Head of Proposals to lead our global proposal function for Pyro& Grinding. You will deliver high-quality, competitive proposals for complex equipment and integrated solutions, reporting to the Head of Global Sales and Product Line Management – P&G.

This role is open to Copenhagen, Allentown or Chennai, offering cross-regional collaboration and the chance to shape bidding strategy in a growing, global organization.

Your Responsibilities :

Proposal Leadership

• Lead the global proposal function, ensuring consistent processes, standards, and best practices across regions and product lines.
• Manage the proposal pipeline and prioritize resources based on business needs, opportunity complexity, and deadlines.
• Lead bid/no-bid processes and provide guidance on bid strategy, customer requirements, solution positioning, and competitive considerations.

Proposal Development & Bid Management

• Lead the development of complex proposals for engineered equipment, systems, and integrated solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to address technical, commercial, financial, contractual, and project execution requirements.
• Establish proposal schedules, responsibilities, review milestones, and submission requirements.
