Job summary

Head of Rewards and Performance at Svitzer will lead the global agenda across rewards and performance, connecting business strategy with employee experience. Based in Copenhagen, the role interacts with Regional teams and the Executive Leadership Team to drive governance and consistency across sea and shore.

You will translate priorities into sustainable rewards, incentives and performance solutions, while developing a capable global team and shaping standards for local adoption.
