This hands-on role requires analytical rigor, stakeholder collaboration and the ability to balance global frameworks with local needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• Over four years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational matrix organization.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in compensation modelling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and administer incentive programs that drive performance and align with business objectives.
• Develop and execute global reward strategies for scalability and employee experience.
• Oversee salary reviews and incentive design ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Navigate a complex matrix setup while aligning with organizational goals.
• Provide high-quality analytics and insights to support decision making.
