Fiskars Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Rewards to lead and execute compensation and benefits operations across Vita Brands in a global matrix environment. This hands-on role requires strategizing with operations and delivering scalable, compliant reward programs with strong analytical support.

You will shape reward practices, support transformation, and enable performance-driven decisions while balancing global frameworks with local needs across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards in a multinational, matrix organization.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally Workday.
• Understanding of compensation compliance, pay transparency and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and administer incentive programs that drive performance and align with business objectives.
• Implement global strategies with scalable employee experiences.
• Manage salary reviews and incentive design, ensuring compliance.
• Navigate a complex matrix environment aligning with organizational goals.
