Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a transformational leader in Billund to shape quality, EHS and operational excellence across our manufacturing sites. You will guide senior teams, drive continuous improvement, and align QEHS with global business strategies.

As EHS Chairman of the Production QEHS team, you will manage major budgets, lead cross-site initiatives, and partner with site leadership to deliver world-class performance while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading quality and safety in manufacturing.
• Proven transformation leadership with change-management skills.
• Industrial manufacturing background, ideally automotive.
• LEAN, Six-Sigma Black Belt and safety certification expertise.
• Strong people management and organizational development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 10+ days per year.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive direction for quality and EHS, leading the site leadership team.
• Build and develop a diverse, high-performing team including senior leaders.
• Partner as a business ally with the site leadership team.
• Manage audits, complaints, and drive zero-defect culture.
• Align QEHS initiatives with overall business strategy.
• Lead knowledge sharing and process alignment across sites.
• Travel 10+ days yearly to secure global alignment.
