Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in Billund to act as a strategic finance partner for BM&Q, delivering insights, planning, and investment evaluations. You will drive performance, collaborate with R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing, and guide leadership on key financial decisions.

The role emphasizes international collaboration, continuous improvement, and a strong finance partner presence within the EMEA Manufacturing Finance team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in a finance-related field.
• Experience partnering with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or R&D organizations.
• Extensive experience in finance business partnering, controlling, or strategic finance roles within an international environment.
• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and support decision-making.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business case development.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge senior leaders constructively.
• Experience driving productivity initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with BM&Q leadership, providing financial guidance and strategic sparring.
• Drive financial insights into strategic decision-making and act as a trusted partner to business leaders.
• Monitor and challenge financial performance, identify gaps, trade-offs, risks and opportunities.
• Lead strategic planning, financial planning, forecasting and performance management processes.
• Prepare business cases and financial evaluations to support investments and decisions.
• Deliver global Moulding performance reporting and translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Act as a productivity partner to identify efficiency improvements and value creation.
• Foster collaboration with R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing for investments and capability growth.
