Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund seeks a Senior Finance Manager to act as a strategic finance partner for the Billund Moulding & Qualifying organization, delivering insights and guiding investment decisions.

You'll collaborate with R&D, Engineering and Manufacturing, lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing finance in an international environment. Hybrid work policy applies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration.
• Experience partnering with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or R&D.
• Extensive experience in finance business partnering, controlling, or strategic finance roles in an international environment.
• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and support decision-making.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business case development.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to challenge senior leaders constructively.
• Experience driving productivity initiatives or continuous improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP and BM&Q Leadership Team, providing financial guidance, coaching, and strategic sparring.
• Drive financial insights into strategic decision-making and act as a trusted partner to business leaders.
• Monitor and challenge financial performance, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Prepare business cases and financial evaluations for investments and decisions.
• Deliver global Moulding performance reporting and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Act as a productivity partner to identify efficiency improvements and value creation.
• Foster collaboration across R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing for investments and capabilities.
