Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark seeks an Engineering Delivery & Operational Excellence Partner to collaborate with MD&I and broader E&W teams. You will embed Lean thinking, structured ways of working and strong performance management to improve how engineering is delivered across complex environments.

You will help deploy the Engineering Delivery System to ensure teams, sites and programmes operate with greater clarity, alignment and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lean, Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement within engineering, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• A strong understanding of operational or engineering delivery systems.
• Experience influencing leaders and teams without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional organisations.
• The ability to connect strategic intent with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and embed the Engineering Delivery System across engineering and manufacturing environments.
• Apply Lean and Operational Excellence principles to improve performance and delivery outcomes.
• Strengthen leadership routines, governance and performance management practices.
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable actions and results.
• Support leaders in building sustainable capability and operational discipline.
• Drive behavioural and cultural change that delivers long-term impact.
