Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to act as a strategic finance partner for the BM&Q organization, translating financial insights into business decisions and driving sustainable performance.

You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across Manufacturing, collaborating with R&D and Engineering to evaluate investments and improve productivity, while guiding senior leaders with clear, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience partnering with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or R&D.
• Experience in finance business partnering, controlling, or strategic finance in an international environment.
• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business case development.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to challenge senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BM&Q leadership to provide financial guidance and strategic sparring.
• Drive financial insights into strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and challenge financial performance; address gaps, risks, opportunities.
• Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Prepare business cases and financial evaluations.
• Deliver global Moulding performance reporting and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Foster collaboration across R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing for equipment investments.
• Act as productivity partner to identify efficiency improvements.
