Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund is seeking a Technical Lead to own the equipment surrounding our moulding machines, from grinders to temperature controllers, across global production sites.

You will lead root-cause analysis, drive ECRs, standardize platforms, and build strong partnerships with suppliers while supporting our sustainability goals.

This role offers a hybrid work setup, enabling collaboration within a skilled engineering community and opportunities to shape world-class manufacturing technology.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Strong technical foundation in industrial equipment, automation, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Ability to investigate complex technical challenges and translate findings into robust solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Lead for the Equipment Platform across global sites.
• Lead complex technical problem solving and drive robust solutions with production sites, specialists and suppliers.
• Own and drive Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from investigation to implementation.
