You’ll influence innovation across our global platforms and play a key role in integrating innovation with mass production excellence. Collaborate with teams locally and globally to drive decision-making and innovation.
The ideal candidate has experience managing quality/safety in a factory setting, with deep knowledge of quality processes in large-scale manufacturing. They have several years of experience as a transformational leader with the ability to lead change, manage necessary transformations, and streamline operations effectively.

When you join the team you'll be assigned a primary workplace location i.e. one of our Offices, stores or factories. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 3 days per week in the office. The hiring team will discuss the policy and role eligibility with you during the recruitment process.
