Job summary

IFF is seeking a proactive Order-to-Cash specialist to manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints for both domestic and export markets. The role is based on-site in Brabrand with an option to work up to two days from home, supporting a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will coordinate end-to-end O2C processes, ensure accurate order processing, on-time delivery, and proactive follow-up, while leveraging ERP systems like SAP or Workday to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order management.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash processes.
• Fluency in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, inquiries and complaints across domestic and export markets.
• Coordinate end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as main contact for customers and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning and Finance.
• Follow up on order fulfilment status and resolve delays proactively.
• Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with policies and export rules.
