Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a customer care & supply chain professional to support Order-To-Cash processes and engage with patients, healthcare providers, and field teams. You will interact with key stakeholders across sales, pricing, and marketing to improve the patient experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a structured approach, and a proactive drive for process improvements within a hybrid work model (Watford/Copenhagen office), with 2–3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Danish; Norwegian considered a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong communication, structured, resilient and customer oriented.
• Process improvement mindset and ability to drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in Order-To-Cash processes.
• Assist patients, Centre of Expertise and Field Sales team with professional support.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
• Handle all incoming calls and emails, prioritize urgent queries, and resolve issues.
• Lead or participate in process improvements and documentation in internal systems.
