Job summary

CIP Fund Solutions is seeking an IT Supporter for our Copenhagen office. You will be the go-to person for on-site IT support, ensuring a smooth technology experience for all colleagues, including executives, five days a week.

You will work with modern Microsoft technologies and a global IT team. The role focuses on onboarding, device management, service desk support, and maintaining a proactive IT environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in IT.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows, Intune.
• ITIL certified or experience with Incident, Problem, Change, or Asset Management.
• Some experience handling 2nd/3rd line IT support is beneficial.
• Professional, clear communicator, steady under pressure.
• Organized, detail-focused, and able to prioritize in busy periods.
• Very service-minded, positive, and approachable.
• Fluent in English and Danish or another Scandinavian language.
• Comfortable handling executive/VIP users.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Device management: deliver and configure laptops, phones and accessories; manage user accounts and access rights; track repairs and device deactivations.
• Service Desk operations: provide in-person, hotline, and Jira-based support; assist with Microsoft 365 and business apps; handle MFA and access issues.
• Meeting rooms & printers: support meeting room tech and printers; coordinate with vendors when needed.
• You & approach: be a proactive, visible IT support presence for VIPs and executives, ensuring fast, professional responses.
• Documentation: maintain IT knowledge base and run health checks to improve user experience.
