Job summary

GlobalConnect is seeking a Service Desk Technician - Network to work hands-on with B2B network operations and help maintain critical digital infrastructure. You will own customer cases, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure proper actions when services are affected.

The role involves a planned 24/7 shift rotation, with daytime, evening and night shifts in Copenhagen. Based in our Copenhagen office, you’ll collaborate with colleagues to resolve incidents, share knowledge, and ensure seamless

Qualifications

• Education in IT or networking.
• Experience with network products and understanding of network structures.
• Professional communication in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle B2B customer enquiries by phone and systems.
• Take ownership of cases and prioritise by severity, SLAs and business criticality.
• Troubleshoot incidents and alarms related to network and security products.
• Follow up with customers and suppliers per SLAs.
• Ensure clear handovers between shifts and departments.
• Contribute to QA of customer solutions and participate in customer meetings when needed.
