Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to plan and coordinate field service activities across the Nordic region, ensuring smooth end-to-end service orders and excellent customer experience.

You will work with Service Engineers, manage parts logistics and documentation, and interact with the Nordic and International Marine Service teams. Based in Denmark (Kolding) or Sweden (Flemingsberg), occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative tasks and customer interactions in international settings.
• Experience in back office roles and order processing.
• Proficient in Teams, Outlook and booking systems.
• Completed upper-secondary school, ideally with an administration focus.
• Excellent English communication, plus Danish or Swedish depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate field service activities for Nordic region.
• Coordinate field service engineers and manage end-to-end service orders.
• Administer ocean service tasks and parts logistics.
• Maintain service documentation and data quality in service systems.
• Collaborate with Nordic Service and International Marine Service teams.
