Job summary

Alfa Laval Nordic is seeking a proactive Field Service Coordinator to plan and coordinate field service activities across Denmark and Sweden. You will manage end-to-end service orders, coordinate with the ocean service team, and ensure high-quality customer interaction.

You will support the Nordic region with occasional international travel, working closely with the Nordic Service division. A background in administration and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative tasks and international contacts.
• Background in back office roles and order processing.
• Excellent English plus Swedish or Danish depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily work of Service Engineers.
• Proactively manage service planning and create/update service jobs.
• Administer and coordinate ocean service tasks.
• Track spare parts to support service operations.
• Monitor and respond to requests via the shared inbox.
• Coordinate water sampling tests and logistics.
• Prioritize service jobs with Team Managers.
• Handle complex orders and maintain data quality.
