Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to plan and coordinate field service activities across the Nordic region. The role supports field service engineers, manages end-to-end service orders, and collaborates with the Nordic Service division and International Marine Service.

Based in the Kolding, Denmark or Flemingsberg, Sweden offices with some travel involved. You will work with the Nordic team to ensure timely service execution, accurate documentation, and high customer experience

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative tasks, customer experience and international contacts.
• Experience from back office roles and order processing.
• Experience with Teams, Outlook and booking systems.
• Completed upper-secondary school, preferably in administration.
• Excellent English communication plus Danish or Swedish depending on location.
• Technical interest is an advantage.
• Knowledge in booking system IFS.
• Other Scandinavian languages is a merit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily work assignments of Service Engineers.
• Proactively manage service planning activities and service jobs in relevant systems.
• Administer and coordinate ocean service-related tasks.
• Order, track, and manage spare parts to support service operations.
• Monitor and respond to requests via the shared service inbox.
• Coordinate water sampling tests and related logistics.
• Prioritize and ensure timely execution of service jobs with Team Managers.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and data quality in systems.
