Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee daily work assignments for Service Engineers.
• Proactively manage service planning and close service jobs in systems.
• Coordinate ocean service tasks with Nordic and international teams.
• Order, track and manage spare parts for service operations.
• Monitor requests via shared service inbox and respond accordingly.
• Coordinate water sampling tests and related logistics.
• Prioritize and ensure timely execution of service orders with Team Managers.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and data quality in service management systems.
