You will partner with global teams, set direction and OKRs, drive behavioural change, measure outcomes, and build scalable tools to enable AI-driven transformation. This role offers broad impact across Ramboll’s digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

• University-level education and experience in digital adoption, change management, or digital transformation within global organisations.
• Strong user-focused mindset with empathy for end-users and ability to translate technical solutions into practical value.
• Excellent communication skills for end-users, technical teams, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption initiatives that embed tech-enabled ways of working across Ramboll globally.
• Set direction and OKRs, drive momentum, and deliver measurable adoption outcomes.
• Build AI maturity by leading initiatives that increase confidence and responsible use of AI.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global teams to remove barriers and enable transformation.
