Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, seeks a Senior Digital Enablement Manager to drive end-user digital tool adoption and governance across Business Service Operations. You will launch communities, deliver training on Copilot, GenAI and Power Automate, and partner with super users to codify best practices while aligning with product teams.

Based in Billund with a hybrid work model, you will influence digital mindset, enable efficient work patterns, and shape standards for responsible technology use

Qualifications

• Extensive experience using Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate and similar end-user tools.
• Ability to plan independently, set direction and turn ideas into actions.
• Experience delivering training, change management activities and adoption programs.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear messages for varied audiences.
• Curiosity about how technology shapes people, processes and capabilities.
• Experience with project or product management approaches and structured execution.

Responsibilities

• Launch a digital enablement community to accelerate AI and productivity tool adoption.
• Shape governance, guidance and standards for end-user technology use.
• Develop training programs for Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate and low-code/no-code tools.
• Partner with super users to share knowledge and improve ways of working.
• Run engagement activities to boost individual productivity and new approaches.
• Facilitate super user forums and feedback loops across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align experimentation with formal product work.
