Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Lead Digital Adoption Consultant to drive tech-enabled ways of working across its global organization. You will bridge technology, processes, and people, delivering measurable value through adoption leadership, stakeholder engagement, and scalable change patterns.

You will build AI maturity, set direction with OKRs, and collaborate with senior leaders to overcome barriers while ensuring governance, security, and accessibility are integrated into every initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital adoption or change management in global organizations.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into practical value for end-users.
• Proven track record building AI capability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives embedding tech-enabled ways of working across a global organisation with a focus on behavioural change.
• Take proactive ownership of adoption and transformation initiatives by setting direction and OKRs, driving momentum.
• Build AI maturity across the business with responsible use of AI and global peer learning at scale.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders to understand needs and remove barriers.
• Use data, behavioural insights and feedback to measure progress and develop scalable tools and frameworks.
• Ensure initiatives align with global frameworks, governance, data security, and accessibility requirements.
