Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S seeks an experienced Lead Digital Adoption Consultant to drive tech-enabled ways of working across the organisation, bridging technology, processes, and people.

You will partner with Ramboll Tech, enablement functions, and global business areas to deliver measurable adoption impact and align with business goals and user needs.

Your new role

As ourLeadDigital Adoption Consultant, you willtake ona senior role withinourestablished Digital Adoption Team,helping embedtech-enabled ways of workingacross Ramboll.Acting as a bridge between technology, processes, and people,you will providestrategic adoption leadership to ensure digital products, platforms, and processes deliver measurable value in practice and align with business goals, user needs, and organisational priorities.

Youwilldrivesustainable adoption,buildcapability, and support theintegration of digital products andtech-enabledways of workingacrossRamboll Tech,globalenablement functions, andGlobal Business Areas.

You Will bringstrong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and adoption enablement skills, along with a deep understanding of user needs, business context, and digital tools.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead initiatives that embed tech-enabled ways of working across a global organisation,with a clearfocus on thebehavioural changeneeded to adopt new workflows.
• Take proactive ownership of adoption and transformation initiativesbysetting directionand OKRs, driving momentum, and ensuring clear outcomes are delivered.
• BuildAI maturityacrossthe business by leading initiatives thatincreaseconfidence, capability, responsible use of AI, and global peer learningat scale.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and global teams to understand needs, remove barriers, and create conditions for successful digital transformation.
• Use data, behavioural insights, and feedback to measure progress,demonstrateimpact, continuously improve adoption approaches, and develop scalable tools, templates, and frameworks.
• Ensure initiatives align with global frameworks, governance, responsible AI principles, and data, security, and accessibility requirements.

About you:

• You have auniversity-level education, with experience in digital adoption, change management, or digital transformation within global organisations.
• You have auser-focused mindset with strong empathy for end-users and the ability to translate technical solutions into practical, meaningfulvalue.
• You canwork independently with limited supervision, while collaborating effectively, building trust, and delegating to team members whereappropriate.
• You’reskilled in developing and delivering adoption plans, training activities, and communication strategies, with excellent communication skills tailored to end-users, technical teams, and leadership.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and user feedback toidentifyscalable solutions, continuously improve adoption efforts, and stay curious, adaptable, and open to new products, methods, and ways of working.
