Job summary

Ramboll in Copenhagen, Denmark, is looking for a Student Assistant in Technology Procurement to join our Global Technology Procurement team. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic procurement, contract management, and supplier collaboration within a global organisation.

You will work with procurement professionals, contract managers, and business stakeholders, developing commercial and analytical skills while supporting technology initiatives that advance Ramboll's sustainability

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supporting sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and procurement projects across technology categories
• Maintaining and analysing procurement, contract, and supplier performance data to support decision-making
• Assisting with contract administration, documentation, and governance activities
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Technology, Legal, Finance, and Procurement
