As our Lead Digital Adoption Consultant, you will take on a senior role within our established Digital Adoption Team, helping embed tech-enabled ways of working across Ramboll. Acting as a bridge between technology, processes, and people, you will provide strategic adoption leadership to ensure digital products, platforms, and processes deliver measurable value in practice and align with business goals, user needs, and organisational priorities.
You will drive sustainable adoption, build capability, and support the integration of digital products and tech-enabled ways of working across Ramboll Tech, global enablement functions, and Global Business Areas.
You will bring strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and adoption enablement skills, along with a deep understanding of user needs, business context, and digital tools.
