Job summary

RAMBØLL GRUPPEN A/S is seeking an experienced Lead Digital Adoption Consultant to drive tech-enabled changes across Ramboll’s global organisation. You will bridge technology, processes, and people, guiding adoption of new workflows and digital products to deliver measurable value aligned with business goals.

You will lead senior stakeholder engagement, define adoption strategies, and build capability at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital adoption or change management within global organisations.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into practical, value-driven outcomes.
• Strong communication skills tailored to end-users, technical teams, and leadership.
• Proven ability to build adoption plans, training activities, and triển communications strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives embedding tech-enabled ways of working across Ramboll’s global organisation.
• Own adoption strategy, set direction and OKRs, drive momentum, deliver concrete outcomes.
• Build AI maturity by leading initiatives that build confidence and responsible use of AI.
• Forge relationships with senior stakeholders and global teams to remove barriers and enable transformation.
• Use data and user feedback to measure impact, improve adoption tactics, and create scalable tools.
