ISS A/S is seeking an experienced Global Bid Manager to join our Global Client Solutions and Bid Management team. You will drive end-to-end bid processes for international opportunities.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality tender materials and win strategies, while maintaining CRM data and content libraries. If you thrive in a fast-paced, global setting, we’d like to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' bid management experience, ideally in international settings.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• APMP or equivalent bid management certification is desirable.
• Experience in project management, proposal writing, editing, formatting, and presentations.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid management for global opportunities from qualification to submission.
• Write compelling tenders, executive summaries, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate quality reviews to ensure customer-focused, value-led proposals.
• Support market analysis, win strategies, and value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, finance and operations teams.
• Maintain bid content libraries and improve bid management processes.
• Keep CRM up-to-date with bid and customer information.
