Job summary

ISS A/S is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to anchor global sales initiatives and transform our commercial approach into a world-class, standardized process. You will support countries in deploying tools, processes, and platforms to drive efficient sales execution.

You’ll work with the global and country commercial teams, driving adoption of standardized processes, data-driven interactions with customers, and continuous improvement of our CRM platform and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations in a global B2B environment.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements in sales functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Anchor the ISS Way of Selling with a standardized global sales process.
• Drive adoption of the ISS Sales Process to enable data-driven, customer-focused interactions.
• Support Commercial Capabilities Development across onboarding and training.
• Implement and drive improvements of tools, systems, and processes for effective sales teams.
• Drive CRM adoption and utilization in coordination with sales managers for insights.
