Job summary

Veolia, the Nordic water technology expert, is seeking a Bid Project Manager to lead end-to-end bid processes for large water and wastewater projects, mainly for Danish and Norwegian clients.

You will coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, and process teams to craft coherent proposals, ensure timely submission, and develop winning strategies while maintaining Krüger’s standards in all bid materials.

Qualifications

• Experience with tender management and complex bid processes.
• Ability to translate technical input into clear, competitive bids.
• Strong coordination and communication across disciplines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate bid processes end-to-end and ensure timely submission.
• Write technical and non-technical descriptions of tenders with input from others.
• Collect and structure inputs into a unified proposal.
• Develop winning strategies in collaboration with colleagues.
• Plan and manage schedules, resources and milestones during the bid.
• Ensure high quality and compliance with Krüger’s standards in all bid materials.
