Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales operations or related roles in global B2B environments.
• Experience driving process improvements and initiatives beyond scope of initial role.
• Strong collaboration across matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Anchor the ISS Way of Selling with a standardized global sales process.
• Drive adoption of the ISS Sales Process with data-driven, customer-focused selling.
• Support Commercial Capabilities Development across onboarding and academy initiatives.
• Implement and continuously improve tools, systems, and processes for effective sales execution.
• Drive CRM adoption and generate insights in collaboration with sales and commercial managers.
• Scan for best-in-class tools and promote standardization across the global organization.
